Document management is easily done with Wismatix QMS

This module will help keep all documentation on one easy to access area. Upload your current documents, create documentation directly in the systems, or import drawings.  Along with the document tracking, you can assign authors, editors or other roles in the document revision process. When a document is released, the latest version is what is available.

This module contains the following functions:

  • Creation or uploading of documentation
  • Assign responsible role or author/editor
  • Lists of all approved documents, drafts and outdated documentation with color-coding for status
    – with quick-search, column customization, grouping, and detailed search. You can save the customized lists for later use
    – all lists can be exported to Excel, CSV,  or XML.
  • Divide the documentation into types that you set as relevant to your company
  • Link documents to processes, projects and / or products as well as departments
  • Automatic archiving of versions and creation of log of draft revisions
