- Case card with defect type, order numbers, problem description, here-and-now solution, root-cause examination, risk analysis for repetition, preventive actions, pictures, documents and immediate creation of improvement proposals in collaboration with the supplier if necessary
- Assignment of responsible caseworker
- Tracking the processing time of the case.
- Drill-down charts for quick analysis of supplier complaints to effectively improve supplier’s ability/performance so that supplier complaints can be gradually be reduced to a minimum
