The customer complaint module helps you raise customer satisfaction.

  • Register the complaint -> Select the customer and type in the problem and the ‘here and now’ solution.
  • Assign a responsible employee to investigate the root cause etc.
  • The responsible employee type in the root cause and investigate and type in whether there is a risk of recurrence or not.
  • If there is a risk then the responsible employee will add and initiate an improvement proposal to minimize the risk.
  • Case closed.
  • The system will measure and analyze number and types of complaints and, through detailed graphical drill-down analysis, you get a detailed insight in exactly where the biggest problems have been over time and then you can use this information to further optimize the processes and minimize complaints.
