The supplier complaint module helps you raise supplier quality.

  • Register the complaint -> Select the supplier and type in the problem and the ‘here and now’ solution.
  • Assign an employee responsible to ensure that the supplier follows up and investigate the root cause etc.
  • The employee responsible for the complaint type in the root cause identified by the supplier and assess whether or not there is a risk of recurrence.
  • If there is a risk then the employee responsible will add and initiate an improvement proposal aimed at the supplier to minimize the risk.
  • Case closed.
  • The system will measure and analyze number and types of complaints and, through detailed graphical drill-down analysis, you get a detailed insight in exactly where the biggest problems have been over time and then you can use this information to further raise supplier quality.
